Note that Madera's missive are routinely fact deficient. He calls this site [VE7KFM.COM] anonymous, overlooking the fact that it's duly registered as a top domain under the laws of the United States, which require complete registration information, including name, email address, and telephone number. We have no doubt that Madera would like to lodge false charges of child abuse, or worse, against us, as he has harassed innumerable others, but since we value our privacy, and our peace and quiet, we don't intend to give him that opportunity. Saw your very odd originating and subsequent posts on: qrz.com today and--chiefly because of your names--and the fact that you appear to be a newbie to amateur radio, thought that I would drop you this note.... First, the thread title, while a question is patently NOT posed neutrally [the "nut" refers].... I suspect that your so-called title/question was not a 'straight up'/serious one, but rather was posted for effect/designed to provoke a NEGATIVE reaction.... Why is that?
Since you admitted in your initial post inter alia that you only listened to the station in question a few times, did not definitively know its location even by region, made several observations that were factually erroneous, did not note the call-sign, was not certain of the 'moniker' the station routinely uses, etc., do you think it was fair to pose the question in the highly pejorative manner in which you did? Never mind the damning last sentence/comment of your initial post: "Can't the Canadian authorities do anything about him."
Second, I note that Ryan N2RJ [no friend], the first commentator on your thread, directed you to two rather lengthy/extensive/complex websites at 0304 HRS simply suggesting that there were two sides to the story.... You replied 5 minutes later at 0309 HRS saying: "WOW, this guy is really something".... Tell me, Jan, how much reading--of either website--did you manage to do in the less than 5 minutes you had to reach the above conclusion and type your comment?
Or, echoing the first question, was this entire exercise a foregone conclusion and your mind was already fully and negatively made up even before you asked the question?
But, assuming that you are a blindingly-fast speed-reader and also that you perused the websites in the order given, did you at the very least notice that despite the ostensible similarities in the subject matter of the URLs [the "VE7KFM" chiefly refers], the 1st website was anonymous and published using a cloaked server, while the 2nd one was signed, published on a mainstream ISP and even copyrighted [the (c) refers]? And what, if anything, did you infer from that?
Or, assuming you missed it, what would you infer generally from similar indiciae in similar circumstances? You get the opening picture, I hope.... But because we may have a shared if distant ancestry, I'll stop here.... You owe me and any readers who have at least three neurons in their cranium, nothing short of an abject Apology....

We found it particularly amusing that Madera felt compelled to tell Jan how to spell his last name! Now, here is communication #2, written to a pair of amateurs Madera unfairly chastises in his typically histrionic fashion. Histrionic is a clinical term describing a personality disorder, but in this sense, we refer to Madera's habit of engaging in hissy fits like a 13 year old girl.
Madera really let these two chaps have it, presumably because their comments about him cut a little too close to the bone... Note Madera's signature references to conspiracies and his arrogantly Prussian proclamations about who should and should not be allowed to vote, and serve in the military, etc., and don't overlook the omnipresent anti-American jibes!
